This alone, was an immense challenge on my budget. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always found properties for me to give a look. It took some time in our limited market, but finally, Lisa found the perfect property for me, my critters, and within my budget. Then her negotiating talents really came out; much to my surprise and joy, my offer was accepted over many on the table! When selling, she hires the best professional photographer to do high quality photos, videography, 3D tours, and even drone photography! Her listings stand out! When she is helping find a home, she doesn't just stay in Albany and Corvallis, but also travels to other outside areas, Jefferson, Salem, Dallas, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Eugene and I know sometimes even further!
