Lisa helped us with buying our new home and selling our existing home. We lived in the Portland Metro area and wanted a local realtor to help us find a new build house. We met Lisa for the first time at a builder's model home. She immediately impressed us with her knowledge, demeanor, and infinite patience. Over the next several months Lisa would meet us at different builder's model homes and provide us with her input.

Lisa has now helped me purchase two homes over the past 10 years. She went far and above on my first home purchase in 2009. Then in the summer of 2019, it was time to sell and find a small acreage close to Corvallis. This alone, was an immense challenge on my budget. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always found properties for me to give a look. It took some time in our limited market, but finally, Lisa found the perfect property for me, my critters, and within my budget. Then her negotiating talents really came out; much to my surprise and joy, my offer was accepted over many on the table! It was a hard sell/buy as I needed to close on both properties on the same day. We were not sure what to expect with the buying process but we had heard stories from many friends and family with how stressful the process can be.
